Welcome to Vaulimon. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vaulimon. We operate this website and online store, including its content, features, products, and related services (the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, explain the terms that apply when you use our Services or purchase from us.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or other protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence or have the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your contact, billing, payment, and shipping details.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization. You may not sell or transfer your account to another person.

2. Our products

Our products are made to order. Please review the product description, size guide, color, price, and shipping details before completing your purchase.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, photography, and production process. These variations do not remove your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

We may update product listings, limit available quantities, or discontinue products. Changes to listings do not alter the agreed terms of an order we have already accepted.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Orders and cancellations

When you submit an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for the total shown at checkout.

An automated order-receipt email confirms that we received your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm that your order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable products, an unresolved pricing error, payment failure, or suspected fraud. If we decline or cancel an order after collecting payment, we will promptly refund the amount collected for the canceled items and any associated charges that should be refunded. We will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Because products are made to order, changes and voluntary cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Contact vaulimonpr@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

These restrictions do not affect any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law, including rights relating to shipment delays.

4. Prices, payment, and promotions

The applicable price and currency are displayed on the product page and at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, and other charges collected by us are shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not apply retroactively to an accepted order.

Discounts and promotional offers may have separate conditions, including expiration dates, eligible products, and restrictions on combining offers. Any such conditions will be stated with the promotion.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payment processing is subject to the terms and security procedures of the relevant payment provider.

5. Production, shipping, and delivery

Production and shipping are separate stages. Please review our Shipping Policy for production estimates, delivery information, shipping charges, and tracking details.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide any delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Address changes may not be possible after production or shipment begins. If an address error requires reshipment, we will explain any proposed additional charges before proceeding.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact vaulimonpr@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section limits your rights or our obligations under applicable law.

6. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request assistance with damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Because products are made to order, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a customer-selected wrong size or color, a change of mind, or an unwanted item, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If we send an item that differs from your order, or an item has a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund as described in that policy.

Please contact us before returning an item. Any requested reporting period does not shorten a legally required warranty or claim period.

7. Intellectual property

The Vaulimon name, branding, original designs, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and other store content belong to Vaulimon or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property associated with its design or branding.

You may browse and use the Services for lawful personal purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.

Shopify’s name and trademarks belong to Shopify. Other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party tools and links

Our Services may include links to other websites or tools provided by third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Please review those terms before using a third-party service. We do not control independent third-party websites or guarantee the accuracy of their content.

This section does not remove our responsibilities for products you purchase directly from Vaulimon.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Shopify provides the technology that hosts and supports our store. Purchases made through this store are transactions between you and Vaulimon.

Vaulimon is responsible for handling questions about its products, orders, shipping, returns, and refunds. Shopify’s own services and processing of personal information are governed by its applicable terms and privacy policies.

We make reasonable efforts to operate the Services reliably, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.

General informational content is provided for information purposes. Product descriptions, express commitments, our published policies, and legally required warranties remain applicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Liability

Each party’s responsibility for losses is determined by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant agreement was made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not remove your rights concerning defective products, non-delivery, or refunds required by law.

18. Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for your unlawful use of the Services and for content you submit that violates another person’s rights.

Any obligation to compensate us or another person for resulting losses will be determined under applicable law. This section does not require you to cover losses caused by our own unlawful conduct.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
